2009 Membership Fees and Dues

1/20th Share Membership Fee $3497

This is a one time fee to join.  Your membership can be sold, transferred, or leased to another member if you move or decide to end your participation in the club.

Monthly Dues $65

These dues cover fixed costs of ownership including but not limited to hangar rent, annual inspections, shop supplies, tools, management, registrations, and upgrades.

Annual Insurance $584

This is the amount paid by members for their share of insurance for the clubs aircraft and liability policy.

Hobbs Meter Hourly Rate Dry $50

This fee covers engine and airframe reserves, parts, and repairs. The Dry rate does not include fuel and oil. Fuel and oil is paid by each member. Fuel burn is about 7 gallons per hour on average.

Flight Instruction $ 55

This is the fee the club collects to provide quality instruction to its members.

Assessments

Assessments are possible in the event the operational expenses exceed the cash on hand however, this is unlikely.  We have, so far, never had a financial shortage that has lead to an assessment.
